Security forces successfully eliminated seven Khwarij terrorists in two separate operations in North Waziristan District, while one soldier was martyred during intense firefights, according to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The first operation, based on intelligence reports, was conducted in the general area of Miran Shah. Security forces engaged the suspected location and neutralized four terrorists.

In a second encounter in the general area of Spinwam, three more terrorists were killed. However, during the operation, Lance Naik Muhammad Amin, 34, from District Faisalabad, fought valiantly before embracing martyrdom.

“Sanitization operations are underway to clear the area of any remaining terrorists,” the ISPR added. It reaffirmed the security forces’ resolve to eradicate terrorism from the region, emphasizing that such sacrifices by Pakistan’s brave soldiers further strengthen the nation’s commitment to this mission.
