Five Dead, Including Two Children, in North Waziristan Blast; 16 Injured

In a tragic incident in North Waziristan’s Miran Shah, five people, including two children, lost their lives in an explosion, with 16 others sustaining injuries. The blast occurred in the village of Tappi, just outside a house, according to District Police Officer (DPO) Rokhanzeb.

The explosion claimed the lives of three women and two children, while 16 others suffered injuries, some of them critically. The victims were initially transported to Miran Shah Hospital, with those in critical condition later transferred to Bannu Hospital for further treatment.

The powerful blast caused extensive damage to several houses in the area. Police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances and causes behind the explosion.
