President Asif Ali Zardari Suffers Leg Fracture in Dubai, Advised Four Weeks’ Rest
President and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari fractured his leg while disembarking from a plane at Dubai airport last night, as confirmed by a spokesperson for the President’s House.
After receiving immediate medical attention, Zardari’s leg was plastered, and he was later discharged and advised to rest for four weeks.
This recent incident adds to Zardari’s health challenges in recent years. In September 2022, he was hospitalized in Karachi for a lung infection and later shifted to Bilawal House after recovery.
Rumors about his health surfaced at the time but were dismissed by his physician, Dr. Asim Hussain.
Zardari also contracted COVID-19 in July 2022, with mild symptoms, according to his son, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
