In a horrific incident in Balochistan’s Musakhel district, at least 23 passengers were brutally killed by armed men after being forced off trucks and buses, according to a report by ARY News. Superintendent of Police Ayub Achakzai confirmed the attack, which occurred on the national highway in the Rarah Sham area.

The armed assailants reportedly stopped multiple vehicles, ordered the passengers off, and then opened fire, killing 23 people who were traveling from various parts of Punjab. In addition to the killings, the attackers also set fire to ten vehicles before fleeing the scene.

Emergency services, including the Frontier Corps (FC), police, and Levies, are currently involved in transferring the victims’ bodies to a nearby hospital.
