President Zardari Meets Maulana Fazlur Rehman to Discuss Political Affairs

President Asif Ali Zardari met with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence in Islamabad.

The ongoing meeting between President Zardari and Maulana Fazlur Rehman is focused on discussing the country’s political situation and matters of mutual interest, sources reported. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is also in attendance.

This meeting comes just a day after a delegation from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) met with Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

The PTI delegation sought cooperation from the JUI-F leader, with both parties reportedly considering ways to resolve differences and explore potential collaboration, sources close to the development revealed.
