Aima Baig Hospitalized After Suffering Heart Attack on International Tour

Prominent Pakistani singer Aima Baig recently suffered a heart attack while on her international tour and is currently receiving treatment at a hospital. Known for her high-energy performances and hit songs, Baig’s demanding schedule, which involved extensive travel across multiple countries with little to no sleep, is believed to have contributed to the health scare.

On August 14, Aima Baig took to Instagram to share photos of herself from the hospital, revealing that she had experienced a “mini heart attack” due to excessive travel and lack of rest. “After a mini heart attack because of too much traveling with zero sleep and all-nighters, one must not forget to pamper oneself,” she captioned the post.

The singer, who began her international tour in July with performances in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, had originally planned to stay overseas for more than a month. However, her recent health issues have raised concerns among fans, especially after she hinted at possibly leaving the music industry and her home country.

Earlier, Baig sparked worry among her followers when she announced via Instagram stories that she was leaving Pakistan, possibly for an extended period. “Bye-bye Pakistan – for a while. I’m gonna miss my country since I’m leaving for a certain period of time rather than just a week or two or month,” she wrote, accompanied by an upset face emoji.

She further added, “Wish I wasn’t leaving this unhappy but I know Allah will fix everything – even the mental stress and state we go through every day.”
