IHC dismisses plea for Imran Khan’s disqualification in Tyrian White case

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) rejected a plea on Tuesday seeking the disqualification of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in the Tyrian White case.

The case against Khan for failing to reveal his alleged daughter in his nomination papers to run in the 2018 general elections was taken up by a fresh IHC court today.

The case was heard by the bench consisting of Justices Saman Rafat Imtiaz, Arbab Mohammad Tahir, and Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
